My wife and I bought our first house in the spring of 2009. The next spring we built and started up our very first garden.
This is the tale of that garden and our amateur attempts to grow things.

Spring Has Sprung
Edit 5/7: Kate planted green onion, lettuce, radishes and dill on the bottom of the east garden last night.
Looking good. It's great to get out in the garden and enjoy planting, catching the sun and anticipating the growth to come. I read somewhere that this may has turned out very green so perhaps one benefit of the long winter.

One of our wettest Mays so far - ever! We'll see if it evens out over the last half of the month. Looks like rain again on the weekend, however.
